This morning (Friday, Murray's day off) I told her after her nap, we'd go see EB and get a picture with him! All morning long, "EB, EB, EB." Finally it was time to get ready to see EB. We put on her pretty dress, fixed her hair and loaded the family in the van. All the way to the mall, "EB, EB, EB..." We get to the mall and all the way to the line "EB, EB, EB" There was one little baby in line ahead of us and 2 minutes later it's our turn. Here is the picture we got of our little ones with the EB.....
"Where's Faith?," you ask? After stepping across the "line" to go see the EB, she wanted NOTHING to do with him!!!! I mean NOTHING!!! But Eli was ALL SMILES and enjoyed the experience and Faith LOVED looking at EB's picture with Eli and giggled and talked about it a lot after we left.
btw--this picture is a picture of our "mall" picture taken with our new camera!!! We bought it after our wonderful EB experience! I know the pic looks blurry but it's b/c it's not an actual picture.

LOL!! That is SO something Nelson would do, too! Don't you just love 2 year-olds? :) he he
Eli kills me with that smile! I'm so glad you got a picture of at least one of your kids with the EB, and glad that Faith seemed to enjoy the experience, even if she didn't want to get her picture made. :)
check out that smile! :)
Rachel just likes to stare at things like the Easter Bunny/Santa... she's not really into touching them. i think it's got to do with her very inquisitive mind (what is this guy doing wearing this weird costume?) :)
That sounds about right! Too funny.
That's so funny about Faith! And Eli looks really happy with himself! What cuties! :)
After the egg hunt at FXCC, Nelson and I went back in the building to see the EB. While in line to see the EB, I asked Nelson if he wanted to go to Church (catch the end of 2nd service) or see the EB. He stood at a safe distance and said "NO EB, go to Church!" -- One of the young adults suggested that Nelson loved Jesus more than the EB. -- Ben
That is hysterical. I have one of Hayden with Santa one year, he was a little over 1 and he was crying...sobbing....screaming. It's a great picture. What a great memory!
