When we first arrived, Faith decided to catch some zzzzs to make sure she didn't miss the big show.
She was all smiles after she woke up!
She played with her friends George and Gillian for a little while.

I love the picture of Faith watching the fireworks. She was really into them. Also granny I love the star quilt. I am sure you did that on your sewing machine while watching a movie from the library. : ) I sure miss having you around. I could use someone to teach me how to sew.

What an incredible place to spend the 4th! That is an experience I would love to have. We had our fireworks show in the middle of east Texas....doesn't even compare. :)
Also, I just caught up on your last blog too. Good luck with the new eating/exercising plan! I think all of us, regardless of size or weight, need to be better at taking care of our bodies. So, it was a great inspiration to read. I NEED to exercise and have just never been good at it.
And, I agree with Holly about the straws! I drink ice water with lemons or cucumbers at home with a straw and it seems to go down alot easier. :) Best of luck. Keep us posted!
